The Crown standard, right here in Bryan / College Station
We're a small, locally owned crew that does three things well: window washing, pressure washing and junk removal. One owner, one standard, and the same care on every job.
Started local, built on doing it right
Adam Merlick started Crown Service Co. 2 years ago to give Bryan and College Station homeowners one dependable company for the jobs that are hard to find time for. What began with a few window jobs for neighbors grew by word of mouth into window washing, pressure washing and junk removal across the Brazos Valley.
We've stayed small on purpose. Keeping the business owner-operated means every customer gets the same attention to detail, the same honest pricing and the same respect for their home.

- Show up when we say we will
- Do the job right the first time
